Vietnam to have 'Happy Day' in 2014

The International Day of Happiness was organized by the United Nations for the first time on March 20, 2013. Responding to this meaningful program, Vietnam will have its first "Day of Happiness" on March 20, 2014, according to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s decision.
