Two trains have collided head-on in western Switzerland, leaving a number of people injured, police say.
Emergency services were at the scene of the collision, that occurred in Granges-pres-Marnand, state police spokesman Jean-Christophe Sauterel said.
The incident is reported to have taken place in the early evening, according to Swiss media reports.
The town is about 50km (30 miles) south-west of the capital, Berne.
