A 41-year-old man's body was found at a house on Delta Walk on Sunday evening
Two men are dead and a 13-year-old girl is critically ill after a stabbing at a house in Manchester.
The body of a 41-year-old man was found along with his daughter in Delta Walk, Moston, at 22:20 BST on Sunday.
Officers said a 34-year-old man suspected of killing him died at about 01:00 after crashing a hijacked car into a pub.
Det Supt Simon Barraclough said police were "trying to piece together" why two men died and what happened to the girl.
The 13-year-old girl is in a critical condition in hospital with what are believed to be stab wounds.
Mr Barraclough said: "Obviously the community will be shocked as to what has happened but we can say we do not believe anyone else was involved and are not looking for anyone else in relation to this incident."
Police were called to Watfield Walk in Harpurhey after a man threatened a car owner with a knife and stole a vehicle.
A short time later, the vehicle was seen by police near Rochdale Road.
The man drove the car into the side of the Alliance pub as police approached. He died in hospital.
