Coronation Street actor Michael Le Vell has appeared at Manchester Crown Court accused of raping a young girl.
The 48-year-old, who is charged under his own name, Michael Turner, is accused of 12 offences, including five of rape.
The alleged offences relate to one girl, who cannot be named, and are said to have happened between 2002 and 2010.
The actor, who lives in Cheshire and plays Kevin Webster in the ITV soap, has denied all charges.
