Four international soldiers have been killed in two separate insider attacks in Afghanistan, officials from the Isaf coalition forces say.
A man wearing Afghan army uniform killed three soldiers in one attack in Paktika province, close to the border with Pakistan.
An Italian soldier died in another attack in Farah province in the west of the country, Italian officials said.
Isaf forces have taken a series of measures to try to halt such attacks.
