New water hyacinth cutting machine to clear canals in HCMC

A group of scientists from Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City have manufactured an automatic water hyacinth cutting machine that they hope will help in clearing 700 kilometers of canals in Ho Chi Minh City that are now clogged with the weed.
