PM asks for Japanese ODA focus

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan has asked the Japan International Co-operation Agency (JICA) to focus its financial assistance on Viet Nam's prioritised areas such as high-quality human resources development, improving the market economy and for infrastructure development projects.
