A bomb blast outside a church in the Pakistani city of Peshawar kills at least 25 people and injured more than 40, medics say.
Reports suggest it was a suicide attack and that the victims included women and children.
Islamist militants have been blamed for previous such attacks on Pakistan's Christian minority.
