At least six people, including police officers, have been killed by a bomb apparently targeting anti-polio campaigners in Pakistan.
The explosion took place near a hospital in the Budh Bher area of the north-western city of Peshawar. Reports suggest a vehicle was hit.
Militants have previously attacked and killed health workers vaccinating children against the disease.
Pakistan is one of only three countries where polio remains endemic.
