Reeves promoted in Labour reshuffle

Shadow defence secretary Jim Murphy has been moved from his post, as Labour leader Ed Miliband begins reshuffling his top team.

Meanwhile, shadow education secretary Stephen Twigg has lost his job.

Other changes to the Labour frontbench line-up are expected to follow.

But the BBC understands that Andy Burnham will keep his current position as shadow health secretary.
